Description:
Toxicology routines for analyzing dose-response data include dose-response analysisand trend tests. Dose-Response methods are based upon the US EPAs benchmark dose software 3. Methods havebeen extended to include additional functionality based on World Health Organizationguidelines. It further supports the European Food Safety Authoritysdraft guidance on model averaging. The dose-response methods and datasets used in this package aredescribed in Wheeler et al. 2019 doi10.1111risa.13218 Wheeler et al. 2020 doi10.1111risa.13537and Wheeler et al. 2022 doi10.1002env.2728. NTP routines are described inBailer and Portier 1988 doi10.23072531856 Bieler and Williams 1993 doi10.23072532200Williams 1971 doi10.23072528930 and Shirley 1977 doi10.23072529789.
