Description:
Using the idea of tipping point proposed inGregory Campbell Gene Pennello and Lilly Yue2011DOI10.108010543406.2011.550094 to visualize the resultsof sensitivity analysis for missing data the package providesa set of functions to list out all the possible combinationsof missing values in two treatment arms calculatecorresponding estimated treatment effects and p values and drawa colored heat-map. It could deal with randomizedexperiments with a binary outcome or a continuous outcome. In additionthe package provides a visualized method to compare various imputationmethods by adding the rectangles or convex hulls on the basic plot.
